4 Press M/m to select a setting.
“DRC STD”: Reproduces the soundtrack with
the dynamic range that the recording engineer
intended.
“DRC MAX”: Maximum compression of
dynamic range.
“DRC OFF” (default): No compression of
dynamic range.
5 Press ENTER or AMP MENU to turn off the
menu.
Adjusting the Delay
Between the Picture and
Sound (“A/V SYNC”)
If picture and sound do not match, you can adjust
the delay between them.
1 Set the AMP/DVD switch to AMP, and press
AMP MENU.
The AMP menu appears on the centre unit
display.
2 Press M/m to select “CUSTOMIZE,” and
press ENTER or ,.
3 Press M/m to select “A/V SYNC,” and
press ENTER or ,.
“SYNC OFF” (default): Does not adjust.
“SYNC ON”: Adjusts the delay between
picture and sound.
4 Press M/m to select “SYNC ON.”
The A/V SYNC function is activated, and the
“A/V SYNC” indicator lights up in the centre
unit display.
5 Press ENTER or AMP MENU to turn off the
menu.
To cancel the setting, repeat the above steps
and select “SYNC OFF” in step 4.
